The Sound

DShirl is all about big mids, chewy overdrive, punchy lows and that unmistakable hot-rodded British feel. Compared with more modern high-gain designs, the Dirty Shirley retains a slightly looser, more organic response that makes riffs breathe and lead tones feel exceptionally expressive.

It's particularly at home with classic rock, hard rock, blues rock, '70s and '80s-inspired tones, rootsy crunch and thick lead sounds.

The DI captures also give you maximum flexibility. Pair them with your favorite cabinet IRs to build entirely new versions of the amp while retaining the character and response of the original amplifier.
